Your Are In Charge of Your Attitude

An unknown author wrote that the “attitude is the way you mentally look at the world around you. It is how you view your environment and your future. It is the focus you develop toward life itself.” When you get up in the morning, what do you tell yourself? Remember, you are not the same person you were a couple of months ago. You have gotten rid of the negative thoughts and replaced them with the wonderful things God says about you. Now that the word of God is living in you, you will have a new attitude towards life. If you got up in the morning and said this is the day that the Lord has made; I will rejoice and be glad in it, what kind of day will you have? This month, focus on your new attitude towards life. It may be a little rough sometimes, but you have God on your side. Say to yourself “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength” and see what He will do for you. God is faithful and will give you the strength you need. Since you are in charge of your attitude, choose to have a positive attitude every day and see what difference it will make.
