Looking Good

our women walk into a frequently visited restaurant and are seated by a waiter who does not know them. After taking orders for beverages and appetizers he remarks to a fellow waiter (who usually seats the group) that while all the ladies look nice the one in the green really looks great. His friend remarks that the lady in green is the mother of the other three ladies. Surprised and a little embarrassed the original waiter looks over and says, “What?! My mother does not look like that.” It turns out that the mom is actually 53 years of age.

In this age of health awareness it is possible to be 50 and look 30. It just takes hard work and commitment along with a proper diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, an exercise regimen that includes weight training and cardiovascular segments, regular visits to the doctor with age appropriate testing and a positive attitude. Compare yourself to no one else!

Starting early is key, but still, just make sure you get started. Do this for yourself and maybe the next time you go to a favorite restaurant, the waiter might be surprised to find out your age.
