Five...four...three..two.. one... 2009, Happy New
Year!! As we start this new year, everyone's mind is on the state of the
economy, housing, and healthcare. Then we start to think about making
resolutions to address those concerns and the pressure begins. While making
resolutions gives you a goal to look forward to, be mindful not to put too much
stress on yourself to reach them. Start with baby steps--weight loss is a
complete change of lifestyle habits. Twenty pounds will be easier to lose if you
start with healthier eating choices
Resolutions give you an opportunity to look forward to new and better things. A new year is a good place to start. Consider these ideas, stay positive and only allow yourself a small amount of time to stress if you happen to get off track. Have a good year. |
