Last year, for the first time, I attended the Women's Heart Health Fair at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC. It was amazing! They had screenings, free food and beverage samples, presentations and a lot more. I walked out with books and other information that enabled me to do better with my health. Ladies, we are constantly giving of ourselves, depleting what we have on the inside. Take advantage of free health events such as the Women's Heart Health Fair (it'll be in DC in February). You owe it to yourself.
