You, Only Better

t’s getting close to the time of year when graduations take place. You’re making preparations to attend and you start to think about how time has passed. Maybe you’re remembering the time you graduated from high school or college. Could it be time for a class reunion? How long has it been for you? Can’t be that long ago… or can it? So many thoughts and questions are going through your mind that you are about to get stressed. Time has passed and you look in the mirror and wonder where it went. It’s gone and you can’t get it back, but what you do have is now. So what are you going to do with it? Improve you.

During your personal moment, determine what you need to do in order to improve you, then make it happen. A lady in my office decided that she needed to work out in order to improve her health. During that process, she decided to cut her hair short. She came to work and people starting telling her how young she looked. Girlfriend was smiling! Her self esteem increased and she had a new walk. You see, she already had the clothes, the personality and the hair style. She simply improved on what she already had. No matter your age, there’s a better you inside waiting to come forth.
