Creating an Endearing Moment

One of the most potentially endearing moments in a father’s life, is spending time with his little girl(s). Some of the most grand times edged in my memory are standing on my Dad’s feet and dancing to the sounds of the Impressions or the Four Tops. My father would often comment on those times when hearing the music we danced to on the radio.

Mom, Father’s Day is a prefect time for daughters to celebrate dad by helping them create an endearing moment. Here are a few suggestions:

• Treat dad to Starbucks

• Homemade Banana Splits

• Treat dad to the Movies/Movie Rental

• Reading dad a story

• Take dad on a picnic

• Treat dad to breakfast, lunch, or dinner at his favorite restaurant

• Take dad on a daytime road trip

• Treat dad to a few rounds of golf

• Taking dad to his favorite sports event

• Take dad shopping (clothes, accessories, tools, etc…)

• Just spend quiet time with dad
